The Radius protects you when you breathe in and protects others when you breathe out. Before using your Radius, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Clean your mask, see next page for cleaning instructions
  2. Insert the filter tray into the inside of the mask
  3. Insert one N95 filter into the filter tray with the textured side facing out
  4. Add one black filter backer behind each N95 filter
  5. Rotate the filter covers clockwise to click securely into place
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each filter opening
  7. Adjust elastic strapping so that the mask forms a tight, yet comfortable fit to your face
You’re ready to go!

Cleaning Instructions

We recommend cleaning your mask daily. Filter change recommendations vary based on length of use. We recommend following CDC guidelines for cleaning and frequency of changing the filters.

To clean your Radius mask and change the filters:
  1. Ensure your hands are clean, or you have clean gloves on, when removing your mask
  2. Disassemble the filter caps by twisting counterclockwise and properly dispose of your filters (you can reuse the filter backers up to 3 times)
  3. Wash the filter caps, filter tray, and mask body with soap and water to remove any dirt or visible foreign material
  4. Disinfect the mask body, filter tray and filter caps using one of the following methods:
    • Submersing in isopropyl alcohol of 70% or greater concentration for 5 minutes
    • Submersing in diluted bleach solution for 5 minutes
    • Placing under ultraviolet light for 30 minutes
    • Fully disinfecting inside and outside of all surfaces of the mask and filter caps for at least 5 minutes with liquid or vapor hydrogen peroxide
    • Placing on the top rack of a dishwasher and running with a “sanitize” function
  5. Set parts aside on clean surface and allow to dry completely
  6. Properly clean your hands again and/or put on new clean gloves
  7. Once mask is dry, properly re-assemble with new filters (you can reuse filter backers up to 3 times)
