Cleaning Instructions
We recommend cleaning your mask daily. Filter change recommendations vary based on length of use. We recommend following CDC guidelines for cleaning and frequency of changing the filters.
To clean your Radius mask and change the filters:

- Ensure your hands are clean, or you have clean gloves on, when removing your mask
- Disassemble the filter caps by twisting counterclockwise and properly dispose of your filters (you can reuse the filter backers up to 3 times)
- Wash the filter caps, filter tray, and mask body with soap and water to remove any dirt or visible foreign material
- Disinfect the mask body, filter tray and filter caps using one of the following methods:
- Submersing in isopropyl alcohol of 70% or greater concentration for 5 minutes
- Submersing in diluted bleach solution for 5 minutes
- Placing under ultraviolet light for 30 minutes
- Fully disinfecting inside and outside of all surfaces of the mask and filter caps for at least 5 minutes with liquid or vapor hydrogen peroxide
- Placing on the top rack of a dishwasher and running with a “sanitize” function
- Set parts aside on clean surface and allow to dry completely
- Properly clean your hands again and/or put on new clean gloves
- Once mask is dry, properly re-assemble with new filters (you can reuse filter backers up to 3 times)
